I occasionally take on a select number of editing clients as my schedule allows. As an experienced college professor, author, editor, and mentor with more than fifteen years’ experience writing at the professional level, I love to collaborate with writers on every aspect of their projects. I’m both an enthusiastic cheerleader and a rigorous deadline setter, and I’ll help you set realistic goals and then achieve them in a measurable time frame. Writing can be so solitary and there’s nothing I love more than writing in community with good accountability.

I primarily focus on helping nonfiction writers on book proposals and manuscript structure, but I also love working with fiction writers (especially if you’re working on a murder mystery!) at every stage of their process.
